Service Description

itinovo is a service that helps you discover and share AI-crafted travel itineraries. The service includes an AI Concierge for personalised suggestions, a social feed to explore community itineraries, and tools to vote, comment and personalise trips.

User Accounts

To access all features, you must create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities performed with your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Share offensive, defamatory or illegal content

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and software of itinovo are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute this content without authorization.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or suggestions. Travel decisions are your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the courts of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
