Itinovo is a travel tech company founded in Italy. We make two products: itinovo, where travellers imagine and share their trips with AI, and itinovo CRM, the software that travel agencies and tour operators across Europe use to prepare quotes, sell them and look after their clients until they are back home.
For travellers
Tell the AI about the trip you have in mind and get a day-by-day itinerary you can change as you like. Publish it, find inspiration in other people's trips and, if you wish, let an agency turn it into a quote.
For agencies and tour operators
The software from first contact to the return home: the client gets a portal with a map and itinerary instead of a PDF, while the agency keeps pipeline, suppliers, margins, payments and documents together.
Four ideas that hold the two products together and guide every choice about what to build.
The Package Travel Directive in the 27 EU countries and the Package Travel Regulations in the United Kingdom, the margin scheme and e-invoicing wherever the law requires them.
It writes the description of each day, translates into the client's language, reads passports and rate sheets. The last word stays with whoever travels and whoever sells.
Everything is hosted in the European Union and processed under the GDPR, travellers' documents included.
New features come from the requests of the agencies that use itinovo CRM every day.
